This was an awsome event! John Legend recieved the "Humanitarian of the Year" award. It was great to perform with my friend Armand Ntep from Cameroon. We also served as back-up band for one of my favorite singers, Angelique Kidjo. She was very gracious and gave each of us a little solo spot. She was fabulous! The very best moment of the evening came when Angelique walked down from the stage and got John Legend to join her in a duet. I got to play behind Angelique Kidjo and John Legend in one night.
